Hello Donna,

On behalf of his daughter and wife who have both predeceased him, I want to thank you for the wonderful care that you and your staff provided to “Bill” in the many years that he was in your care.

Also, how should we handle Bill’s personal effects? I plan to visit Sunbeam on Monday to retrieve photographs and possibly other personal effects, but I believe that he would be glad to have some of his other personal effects given to other people at your facility, or others elsewhere.

Once again, Donna, thank you for the outstanding care that you and your staff provided to Bill. You are a good person, and he was very fortunate to have crossed paths with you in his lifetime.
